Privacy policy

Quitt is a UK-based app that helps you get through nicotine cravings. We are not a medical service. If you need clinical support, speak to your GP or NHS Stop Smoking services.

Account email, onboarding answers (quit date, product type, triggers), craving logs, community posts, relapse notes, and subscription status via Stripe. We use cookies for analytics (only if you accept) and payments.

To run the app: streaks, AI messages, community feed, and billing. We do not sell your data. AI prompts are sent to Google Gemini to generate short in-app messages. No medical diagnosis.

Data is stored with Supabase (EU-friendly hosting where configured). Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store card numbers.

You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, or deletion. Email us via the contact page. You can cancel analytics cookies anytime via browser settings after rejecting our banner.

We keep account data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove personal data within 30 days except where law requires longer (e.g. billing records).
